Data You Give Us Directly
Search forms on this site send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that powers sponsored results. We do not store your searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to respond.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our hosting systems collect ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We review that data in aggregate to keep the site working, spot errors, and understand which Paragould record pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use the data above to operate the site, fix technical issues, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists. We also do not build individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to Greene County offices, Arkansas government portals, library and historical resources, court tools, and third-party search services. Each outside site controls its own privacy practices. Data submitted to those sources is governed by their rules, not ours, including sponsored search results.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support providers may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it. Otherwise, we do not share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Because visitors do not create accounts, this site does not hold account passwords or personal dashboards.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for users who are 18 or older. It is not directed to children. If you believe a minor sent personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website holds about you. The research for this Arkansas project did not locate a broad Arkansas consumer data-broker deletion statute comparable to larger-state privacy laws. Because we hold very little data, most requests are narrow: we can search our contact mailbox and server logs and remove what we find. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Paragould, Greene County, or Arkansas offices are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear here. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
